Welcome to our clinic, where we seamlessly combine dermatology and allergy care under one. Our providers offer thorough dermatological exams and management of various skin conditions, alongside specialized procedures like skin biopsies, excisions and wound care. We also cater to pediatric dermatology needs, while our allergy clinic provides complete scratch testing for common Arizona airborne allergens, with flexible scheduling for immunotherapy patients. Please note that we do not offer food allergy testing, and our allergy services are not available for pediatric patients.

Bryan Updegraff, MD
Dr. Bryan Updegraff is a board-certified allergist & dermatologist and has been providing quality, compassionate care in the valley of the sun for over 50 years! He specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions. He is best known and loved by his patients for his energetic and warm bedside manner. His long standing career is a true testament of the devotion he has for his patients! During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and seven grandchildren.
Devon Updegraff, DHS,MS, PA-C
Devon Updegraff graduated from A.T. Still University with a Masters in Health Sciences, Physician Assistant studies in 2008. Together with her father Dr. Bryan Updegraff, they formed the Updegraff Clinic for Allergy & Dermatology, specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. In 2023, Devon earned her Doctorate in Health Sciences from A.T. Still University. Over the past 16 years specializing in dermatology, her greatest enjoyment comes from the relationships she has built with her patients. Patient care and well-being has always been her top priority. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and training her two off the track thoroughbred race horses.
Eric Day, MS, PA-C
Eric Day has been serving the Phoenix community since 2003. As a father of three, with two boys involved in competitive club baseball, he understands the importance of family and community. His decade-long experience in Emergency Medicine has deepened his knowledge of various medical conditions that extend far beyond the specialty of dermatology. In 2011, he made the decision to join the Updegraff Clinic, teaming up with his wife Devon Updegraff and his father-in-law Dr. Bryan Updegraff. He has a true passion for caring for the retired Sun City and Sun City West communities and has spent countless hours providing free skin screenings with a goal of working together to enhance the well-being of those we serve!
